The national education system has been regulated regarding national education standards. National education standards consist of standards of content, process, competency of graduates, educators, and education staff, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and assessment of education that must be improved in a planning and periodic manner as the guarantor of standardization and quality control of education. According to several studies, effective learning will only occur if students actively participate in formulating and solving various problems. Students are one component that occupies a central position in the learning process both in class and outside the classroom. In the learning process students as parties who want to achieve goals, have goals and they want to achieve them optimally. In this case, during the learning process students are placed as subjects of learning, not as objects. The view that considers students as objects of learning is a mistake because this placement means teaching students to be passive. While the understanding of students as subjects directs students to be more active during the learning process. This is in line with the modern teaching system which places students as active parties in shaping their own knowledge.
The indication of student success is their achievement after the process. Education in the national education system come to be very significant and central to the implementation of education. Education is a professional who is in charge of planning, carrying out the learning process, assessing the results of learning, guiding and training, and conducting research and community service. Creating a meaningful, fun, creative, dynamic and dialogical educational environment. Have a professional commitment to improving the quality of education. As well as giving an example and maintaining the good name of the institution, profession, and position in accordance with the trust given keep.
Life expertise are the ability to adapt and behave positively that can help a person to adapt effectively to the demands and challenges faced in everyday life so that life skills are a number of psychosocial competencies and interpersonal skills that help a person in making decisions, solving problems, thinking critically and creatively, communicating effectively, building harmonious relationships, chatting with others, and adjusting and managing their lives in a healthy and productive atmosphere. Contextual learning is an educational process that aims to help students see the meaning in the academic metrics they learn by connecting academic subjects with the context in their daily lives, namely in the context of their personal, social, and cultural conditions. Therefore, the process of teaching-learning is also shaping students in life to learn life skills.
In general, there are lots of people think that high school will guarantee the success of that person later. Is that right? Several people feel that the higher the title that is carried by the name, the higher the success that will be achieved. Even though this is not necessarily true. Sometimes the titles we have got do not determine the direction of our career success in the future. Indeed hard work and enthusiasm should be used as a foundation. Passion and hard work are important things that must be owned. Without them, you will not be able to change your dreams to become real. Moreover, the last in the national education system is the evaluation process. Evaluation is carried out in the context of national quality education control as a form of accountability of education providers to interested parties. Evaluation is carried out on students, institutions, and educational programs on formal and non-formal channels for all levels, units, and types of education. Evaluation of students, educational units, and educational programs is carried out by independent institutions on a regular, comprehensive, transparent and systematic basis to assess the achievement of national education standards.
 In the modern era, we cannot say that students as the object in education, because if students are used as objects, the learning system experienced by students will be passive. While the understanding of students as subjects directs students to be more active in the learning process. This is related to the modern teaching system that places students as active parties in shaping their knowledge with their own intelligence. At this time, even value is no longer a determinant of whether a student is intelligent or not. The teacher must be wise in evaluating at the end of the learning process by looking at the activity of students in the classroom. The process is a determining factor for success, even institutions do not guarantee success in students. Their efforts to obtain knowledge determine the peak of success in the future. Nevertheless, we are currently faced with the issue that it will be easy to get employment if there is a relationship with a company or agency. However, this does not apply to those who come from unassuming families who do not have a relationship with the institution. Therefore, the process and effort experienced by students is a definite factor determining the bright future.
